It is a great blessing to announce new HQ for Verge. We were looking for a space that had lots of space to grow, a mission-fit atmosphere, and a prime location in the Denver area. Our new place at 6160 South Syracuse fit that bill perfectly!
The building is such a unique find because it has become a hub of many similar mission-driven companies. Many businesses that office here are Catholic or Christian, with values very similar to Verge’s. We are fortunate to have daily mass offered 3x a week in our beautiful chapel, a thriving coffee shop (More Coffee House) and a Catholic functional training gym (Grow the Kingdom).
Located in the DTC area, our new headquarters are in a prime location for Denver and suburban residents. Originally, the building was owned by the Augustine Insititute, a Catholic theological graduate school. When the AI moved their HQ to St. Louis, many Catholic non-profits and businesses relocated to the building, helping it preserve its previous Catholic identity. Some companies within the building include: Fidelis Catholic Credit Union, Emmaus Hospice Care, the Catholic Foundation, Paolucci Financial Advising, the FIRE foundation, Catholic Vote news agency, Petrus Roofing, NanoShield Coating Company, and many more mission-fit companies.
Our space is a unique corner suite, with a private office, conference room, employee kitchen, and currently six cubicles. This year will see a lot of growth for Verge and we are hopeful about acquiring more space within this unique building.
